I Enjoy Working With: People who want to live life on their terms instead of someone else's. Spouses who need more date days. Parents who want to raise their kids. Burned out professionals who want financial peace of mind without the daily grind. Young Entrepreneurs with big dreams. Baby boomers who want to retire sooner and not have to worry about money.
I Relax By: Doing outdoor activities like walking, jogging, cycling, hiking, camping, RV-ing, ATV-riding, kayaking, canoeing, yoga, meditation, deep-sea diving, and swimming in the ocean. Traveling the world with my family, exploring new places. Full body massages on the beach. Everybody loves massages on the beach, right??
I Keep in Shape By: Being an active Dad and Spouse. Walking, running, cycling, and swimming. I am a vegetarian. I am working to avoid dairy and high fructose corn syrup. I try not to consume fluoride and because of this, I am often found with a bottle of all natural spring water in my hand.
Favorite Part of My Business: I decide what I do every day.
Least Favorite Part of My Business: People who say they're going to do something but do nothing. People who make excuses. Whiners.
Follow your dreams. Or you'll spend the rest of your life working for someone who did.
You never work for somebody else. Someone else might sign your check, but you're the one who fills in the amount. - Zig Ziglar
Don't trade time for dollars. You will never have enough time to make enough dollars.
Person Who Most Influenced My Life: My Dad (the late JD Denniston).
He had a passion for helping others. He saw the job through. He always did the right thing, even when it wasn't the most popular thing to do.
He taught me to buy income-producing real estate and don't be shy about asking questions of those who know.
Secrets of Business Growth: Keep it simple so people feel they can do what you do. If an 8-year old child can't do it, don't teach it. Make sure everyone on your team is on the same page, teaching the same skills, and doing the same business-building activities. Recognize people publicly for what they do. Behavior that gets rewarded gets repeated.
How Others Describe Me: Passionate, Inspirational, Go-Getter, Ambitious, Driven, Focused, Trustworthy, and Supportive. If you aren't passionate about what you do right now then find something you are passionate about and do that, do this now! Don't focus on making money, focus on taking all out massive action which will bring the money to you!
Who I Admire: I admire people who accept responsibility. People who do their own thing. People who have never accepted the impossible and people who don't seek the opinions of others unless they have the knowledge. People who design their life and work toward their own goals instead of surrendering to someone else's. You can live the life you dream about and I can help you get started!
My Favorite Tools: iPhone, ContactBuddy, and SendOutCards. Business is about relationships. It is through these relationships that people grow to know, like, and trust us. When you earn a person's trust, they are comfortable doing business with you and if you treat them right, they will reward you with repeat business and referrals! What do YOU give people to earn their trust? Do you give them value? What reasons do you give them to do business with you instead of your competition? Most importantly, how do you make them FEEL?
