Favorite Part of Your Job: Inspiring people to set goals and then watching them achieve them.
Least Favorite Part of Your Job: People who say they are going to do something and then do nothing. People with excusitis. Negative people.
Companies Admired: ProSTEP, Inc., this company was responsible for helping 50,000+ people achieve above average results in their NetWork Marketing business. At their prime,
this company was the largest lead generation vendor in the network marketing industry,
generating in excess of 300,000 "confirmed opt-in" leads per
month. After maxing out their compensation plan in three short
months, they flew me down to their home office
for five fun-filled days. They gave me around-the-clock limo service, stocked with ice cold Coronas (and fresh cut limes each day) and we dined at only the finest restaurants in Destin... all on their nickel! They wanted to know what I was doing to build my business and how I was able to sustain the massive growth month after month. Too bad this company changed their
marketing plan, they had a great thing going but they ended up blowing
it. Good thing my business portfolio was diversified and I had invested my
commission checks into income-producing residential rental real estate. Never make the assumption that your company
will pay you forever, forever is a really long time.
Favorite Quote:
"You never work for somebody else. Someone else might sign
your check, but you're the one who fills in the amount."
- Zig Ziglar
The Person Who Most Influenced Your Life: My dad.
He had a passion for business. He was devoted and always followed-through on his word. The original "serial entrepreneur."
He taught me that passive income will set you free. If you want more
in life, work SMARTER, not harder! Don't let small-minded people
stand in your way. Align yourself with BIG thinkers who can help you achieve
your goals. Be sure to give back to society by sharing your knowledge!
Secrets of Business Growth: Keep it simple so people can duplicate what you do. If a 7 year old can't do it, you shouldn't either. Make sure everyone on your team is using and teaching the same unified duplicatable training system.
Most Effective Prospecting Tools Recommended: iPhone with unlimited calling plan, email autoresponder campaigns, printed greeting card campaigns. Business is about relationships. It is through these relationships that people grow to know, like and trust us. Once you have their trust, you can sell them over and over while spending your time prospecting for leaders. Remember, you do not develop leaders, you find them. I recommend FaceBook, Twitter, YouTube or LinkedIn, put a face with your name and tell your story! If you don't think your prospects are googling you, you're wrong!
How Others In Your Profession Describe You:
Wise, Inspirational, Motivational, Supportive, Passionate. If you aren't passionate about what you do then find something you are passionate about. Don't worry about the money, if you focus on doing what you love the money will follow.
Heroes: I admire young entrepreneurs who are fueled by the prosperity that comes from starting
a business of their own instead of surrendering to a life of mediocrity by going to work for someone else. Most people wait until it's too
late to build a "passive income producing" business. In today's society it's realistic
for someone in their 20's to retire in their 30's. If you are looking for help I am here to guide you. I have already been down the road you are on right now and who better to learn from than someone who has been in your shoes. It's time you worked the system because the system is already working you. Most people will die before they figure this out but a few will succeed! The only question is will you be one of them?
