I Keep in Shape By: Being an active Dad and Spouse. Walking, running, cycling, and swimming. I am a vegetarian. I am working to avoid dairy and high fructose corn syrup. I avoid fluoride and because of this, I am often found with a bottle of all natural spring water in my hand.

He taught me to buy income-producing real estate and don't be shy about asking questions of those who know what I need to learn.
Secrets of Business Growth: Keep it simple so people feel they can do what you do. If an 8-year old child can't do it, don't teach it. Make sure everyone on your team is on the same page, teaching the same skills, and doing the same business-building activities. Recognize people publicly for what they do. Behavior that gets rewarded gets repeated.
How Others Describe Me: Passionate, Inspirational, Go-Getter, Ambitious, Driven, Focused, Trustworthy, and Supportive. If you aren't passionate about what you do then find something you are passionate about and do that, do this now! Don't focus on making money, focus on taking all out massive action which will bring the money to you!

My Favorite Tools: iPhone and SendOutCards. Business is about relationships. It is through these relationships that people grow to know, like, and trust us. When you earn a person's trust, they are comfortable doing business with you and if you treat them right, they will reward you with repeat business and referrals! What do YOU give people to earn their trust? Do you give them value? What reasons do you give them to do business with you instead of your competition? Most importantly, how do you make them FEEL?
